Reported resistance patterns in adaptive digital systems

Since 2007, this independent archive has collected reports about rare, repeatable errors and the way users respond to them.

The archive records comparable incidents, competing technical explanations and the strength of the available documentation. A case describes an observed sequence; its classification does not prove intention.

Research note

Separate evidence from interpretation

Evidence Strength records how well an event is documented. Protocol Fit records how closely the sequence matches the archive model. The two measures are deliberately independent.
